Well, I heard you're makin' movies, and I also heard what kind.

I don't think I'm going to apologise for the lack of posting, because I'm not sure that any of you are reading, but that's okay: I haven't wanted to post here in a long time. I'd wanted to want to post here, but the motivation just wasn't there, and I didn't feel like forcing myself. Now, finally, I feel like it might be okay for me to post something up again.

I also feel like I need to say that I don't know what's going on with this blog. I'm not sure what kind of blog it is (going to be) and I'm really not sure how to categorize it at all. I half want to post illustrations or just things I make here (not that I've been doing anything creative recently) and half want to fill it up with inane selfies just because that's all that's in my pictures folder these days (aside from GIFs from my favourite TV shows, but that's for a whole 'nother blog.)

So I have some photos for you instead. Sort of. They're old, and new, and somewhere in between. They're of nothing and still something. They're not what you want to see, I can guarantee that, but they're just what I have right now, and they're what I want to post.

had my second nose piercing re-done, plus got my ear pierced one more time: it's the second one down. #metalface, I know.

turtleneck crop top: asos
the world's biggest bag of yum marshmallows: it's a week and a half later, and there's still a third left.

I really miss my old room. lots.

Going away again, now. Hopefully I'll be back soon. Till then, take care of yourself, cuties. xo

Twelve and photoheavy.

I haven't been out much lately, and whenever I have I've been too busy/unable/forgotten to take photos of what I've been wearing- not that it's been anything terribly fancy anyway. But last night I took pupsicle #1 for a walk, and dug out my vintage 550's just to have something easy to chuck on. Bad move on my part, since I discovered how not warm denim is upon leaving the house, and how not warm the weather was outside. They did make for the perfect lounging-around-in bottoms, though- despite the fact that they couldn't be further from stretchy. Anyway, I threw on a couple of different layers with them, and when I got back I got snap happy with my webcam. (I would use my proper camera, but it's a pain to edit such large files- plus, it ain't as though the lighting's anything special either!) Anyway, enough with my rambling, and on to the photos- all the details of where things are from will be at the bottom of this post, as per usual.

Camouflage tank top, sweatshirt, Levi's = thrifted
Ankh + yin/yang necklaces, nose hoops, black crop top = eBay
Embellished crop top = DIY/boutique

Double denim.

Aloha. I was feeling decidedly retro today and felt like a nineties throwback was in order. So I got out my fleece-lined denim jacket and paired it with my usual DIY vintage denim shorts.

Shirt, shorts = vintage
Denim jacket = thrifted (originally River Island)
Tights = Primark (and they're ripped already ;( )
Cropped bralette = Primark
Chelsea boots = eBay
Wooden cross necklace = eBay
Wrapped green stone necklace = Dorothy Perkins
Long vine earring = Primark (SUCH a bargain, ugh- it was £4!)
On my lips = Collection 2000's "Ruby Red"

Just a quick post tonight, cuties. I've had ridiculous deadlines today and it was no fun, but at least it's one less subject to worry about! A media deadline this Thursday, and then I'm pretty much sorted with most of my coursework. I can't wait; I can't believe college is nearly done. Just a couple more months to go, and I'm a free woman. Sort of. Of course, I'll have to find myself a job, finally. Bleugh. But I'm looking forward to the financial independence (re: buying stupid amounts of clothes).

Anyway, hope you've had a not-too-gloomy Monday, babies. See you in my next post!
